With the Hydro-Jet Brushing 1-2-3 method; the casing, screens
and surrounding formation are cleaned simultaneously. Then the loosened
debris is removed from the well and the now porous formation is disinfected.
1) The casing is steel wire brushed and surged with high pressure to
remove incrustation and bacterial growth from casing walls, screens and
the formation.
2) A powerful jet vacuum is used to remove the loosened debris from the
well.
3) With the debris removed the well and formation is disinfected. Using
a sterilizing solution of chlorine (500 to 1000 ppm). The solution is
injected into the now porous formation to stop bacteria growth.
* The Hydro-Jet Brushing procedure can vary
with the needs of a particular well. The use of vibe cleaning and acids
can aid and be safety used in conjunction with the Hydro-Jet Brushing
process.
